The bride was attired in a blue coat suit, with hat to match. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Poist, and the groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward A. Noel, of McSherrystown. He has been connected with the Western Maryland Railroad for over ten years and was chief clerk in the local freight office until last July, when he was transferred to a similar position in the office of the company in York. Following the ceremony a wedding breakfast was served at the home of the bride after which Mr. and Mrs. Noel left on a short wedding trip, and will be “at home” at No. 162 Lafayette street, York, after January 10th.
