Slaybaugh-Pank

The following appeared in the Sidney, N. Y. Record of Saturday, Nov. 11th:

“The home of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Pank, of this village, was the scene on Wednesday afternoon of a 
quiet home wedding, their daughter, Miss Lavantia, being united in marriage to Mr. Dennis A. 
Slaybaugh, of Guernsey, Adams Co., Pa.  The ceremony was performed by the Rev. C. Callender, 
pastor of the M. E. Church, and was witnessed by the family and a few friends.  After the 
ceremony lunch was served and the newly married pair took their departure on the O. & W. train 
for Little Falls, N. Y., where they will spend a few days at the home of the bride’s sister, 
Mrs. J. O. Graham.”

Mr. Slaybaugh is a son of the late Mrs. Emma Slaybaugh, of Guernsey, and a brother of George W. 
Slaybaugh, of Hanover.
