Sloathour-Ehrhart

The weddings last week began on the first day of the week, Sunday, with the 
marriage of Reuben Sloathour and Miss Mamie Ehrhart, both of Abbottstown.  The 
ceremony was performed in the morning by Rev. R. H. Clare, at the Lutheran 
parsonage.  After the ceremony the bridal party went to the home of the bride’s 
parents, Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Ehrhart, where a reception was held, about 55 
guests being present.  The bride received many useful presents.  The young 
couple will at an early date move into their ready furnished home in 
Abbottstown.
