Smith-Sanders

Miss Effie Sanders, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Sanders, of near Bethel 
church, and James Smith, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Smith, of Germany township, 
Adams county, were married Nov. 20, in St. Aloysius’ church, Littlestown.  Rev. 
Fr. Brenan performed the ceremony.  The bridesmaid was Miss Bessie Sanders, the 
bride’s sister, and the groom’s best man was his brother, John Smith.

They will go to house keeping in the Spring at “Valley Green Farm,” owned by 
William Smith.
