(See preceding Will Book page). . . if she does not get Married __ I give & bequeath unto my daughter Catharine a room (?) as long as she is single __ I give and bequeath to my son George the sum of Seven hundred dollars to be paid by my executors as soon as it can be collected__ I likewise give & bequeath to my daughter Margaret the sum of seven hundred dollars to be paid as follows beginning one year after my death the sum of Fifty dollars & is to be paid yearly till the whole is paid I likewise give and bequeath to my daughter Catharine the sum of seven hundred dollars to be paid as follows, beginning One Year after my death the sum of fifty dollars yearly until all is paid __ I give and bequeath to my son John a certain Tract of Land. situate in Menallen Township Containing one hundred & sixty five acres adjoining lands of (?) & Livingston & others & my son John is to pay out unto my executors the Sum of one hundred & fifty dollars & my said executors are to help my son John to put buildings on the aforesaid land __ I give & bequeath unto my son Jacob the plantation whereon I now dwell situate in Tyrone Township Adams County Containing two hundred & five acres real measure to him my son Jacob after paying the other devises & bequests, and my son Jacob is to have the Weavers Loom & Tackling which are now in the Shop & is to have the meat which is left for the use of the Summer and is to have the wagon that I now own my executors are to sell my loose property for the payment of the bequest to my son George excepting what my wife takes And lastly I hereby constitute and appoint my son Jacob Fidler & Thomas Ehrhart to be executors of this my last Will & Testament and revoking & disannulling all former wills by me made, and ratifying and confirming this & no other to be my last will & Testament In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand & affixed my seal this the thirtieth day of March in the Year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred & twenty seven Signed sealed & published & declared by Jacob Fidler the above testator as for his last will & testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence & in the presence & in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto Jacob Fidler (seal) George Eigholtz Peter Fidler Adams County Before me Jno B. Clark Register for the probate of wills & grant of letters of Administration in & for the County of Adams in the State of Pennsylvania personally the said George Eighholtz & Peter Fidler the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing instrument of writing gave their solemn oaths do severally say that they were personally present & saw & heard the herein named Jacob Fidler sign his name unto & seal & publish the foregoing Instrument of writing as and for his last Will & testament and at the time of doing thereof he the said Jacob Fidler was of a sound & disposing mind memory & understanding to the best of their knowledge & belief and that they subscribed their names thereto as witnesses in the presence of the said testator & at his request & also in the presence of each other at the same time.
