Item: I give and bequeath unto my wife Hannah one cow, one bed, bed-stead and bedding and Such other articles of household & kitchen furniture, as my executors, in their discretion may think proper to give her. - Item: I give and bequeath unto my two Sons, John and James, the sum of one hundred dollars each. - Item. I give and bequeath unto my daughter, Kitty, the sum of Fifty dollars. - Item. I give and bequeath unto my three Sons, Jacob, George and Andrew, the sum of one dollar each, only. - Item. I give and bequeath unto my tow sons John and James, and my two Daughters, Peggy and Polly the balance of all my property real, personal and mixed. * be equally divided amongst them, Share and Share alike. -- It is my will and desire, that my real property be sold, as soon after my decease, as my executors hereinafter named, may think best; -- I do hereby make and ordain my sons John and James the executors of this my last Will and Testament. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal the Twenty First day of June, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty eight. King Register for the probate of Wills and granting Letters of Administration in and for the County of Adams in the State of Pennsylvania, personally came David Horner and Andrew Polley the two Subscribing Witnesses to the forgoing instrument of writing, who on their Solemn Oaths, do Severally say that they were personally present and Saw and heard the therein named George Heagy Sign his name unto and Seal and publish the foregoing instrument, of Writing as and for his Last Will and Testament, and at the time of doing thereof he the said George Heagy, was of a Sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding to the best of their Knowledge, Observation, and beliefs, and that they Subscribed their names thereto as witnesses, in his presence and at his request, and also in the presence of each other at the same time. Horner Andrew Polley Sworn and Subscribed before me the 21st day of March A.D. 1841 Wm King, Register Memorandum : Letters Testamentary were on this day granted in due form of Law to John Heagy and James Heagy Executors of the Last Will and Testament of George Heagy deceased, an Inventory to be exhibited into the Registers Office, in the County of Adams, within thirty days from the date hereof, and a just and true account of their Administration within one year from the date hereof or when thereunto legally required.
