In the name of God, amen, I, Nancy Leeper, being in reasonable health of body and of sound and disposing memory, mind and understanding, and being desirous of settling my wordly affairs, while I have strength and capacity to do so, do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner following: to wit, First, I order that all my just debts, funeral expenses and the cost of proving this my will, be in the first place fully paid and satisfied. Second, I give devise and bequeath to my beloved husband Daniel Leeper, Sr. all that certain tract of farm land and the belongings, situated in the Township of Cook, County of Cumberland and state of Pennsylvania, during his lifetime, and at his death, said farm is to be vested in My son Daniel Leeper, jr., in free, simple, and absolutely, his heirs, administrators or assigns. Third, I, request and direct that my son Daniel Leeper, jr. shall give a home, among his family, to my daughter Amanda Leeper, so long as she is obedient and of good behavior towards him. Fourth, I give, devise and bequeath all the remainder and residue of my property of whatsoever nature, to the remainder of my children, share and share alike. Signed, sealed, published and declared by me, Nancy Leeper, the said testator this 20th day of Apr. A.D. 1895. Bowman Register for the Probate of Wills and granting Letters of Administration in and for said county of Cumberland in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, personally came E. E. Sellers and Annie D. Sellers the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing instrument of writing, purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Nancy Leeper late of Cook Township deceased, who being duly sworn according to law, depose and say, that they were present, and saw and heard the testatrix Nancy Leeper sign, seal, publish, pronounce and declare the said instrument of writing as and for her Testament and last Will, and that at the time of doing so was of a sound and disposing mind memory and understanding, to the best of their knowledge, observation and belief. A Sollenberger and L. S. Eisenhower, two disinterested and competent persons, who, being duly qualified according to law, did depose and say, that they will well and truly, according to the best of their judgement, value and appraise the GOODS AND CHATTELS, RIGHTS AND CREDITS, which were of Nancy Leeper late of the Township of Cook deceased, and a true and conscionable appraisement thereof make, according to law. Cash- $127.00 We, the undersigned Appraisers, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a full and correct Inventory and Appraisement of the Personal Property of Nancy Leeper deceased, remaining after the election appraisement of so much of said property as the widow of siad deceased is entitled to, under the provisions of the Act of Assembly of this Commonwealth, passed the 14th day of April, A.
