Section 1. Burial permit A burial permit, issued in the district wherein the deceased person expired, shall be sufficient authority for interment in any cemetery or burial ground within the corporate limits of the county wherein the said district is located: Provided, That when a cemetery located within the corporate limits of two or more municipalities, or is embraced within two or more counties, a burial permit issued by the proper authority in any one of said municipalities or counties shall be sufficient warrant for the interment of the body mentioned in said permit in any part of said cemetery. 1897, July 9, P.L. 215, Sec. 1.
