Catherine & Sarah Katz Catherine Katz daughter of George Katz late No 331 Guard. Appt. of St Clair Township decd being a minor March 3, 1803 above the age of 14 (cerues), choses and the Court appoint James (B---) Guardian over her persons and estates during her minority, and (re) the petition of the Admrs, the Court do appoint the said James (Boison) Guardian over the person and estate of Sarah Katz minor daughter under the age of fourteen of the decedent. 1.26 George Katz Upon the petition of Conrad Katz Eldest son and No 332 Order for Partition heir at law of George Katz late of St Clair March T, 1803 Township in the County of Allegheny decd stating that his said Father lately died Intestate leaving a widow, Sarah, and issue seven children the Petitioner Conrad, Elizabeth the wife of John Metzgar, Susanna the wife of Samuel (Beurie), Henry, Peter, Catherine & Sarah the two last now in their minority, and seized in his (demesue) as of fee of in and to a certain tract or parcel of land, situate in St Clair Township in said county containing 235 acres 25 perches and allowance bounded by lands of James Milligan, Adam Hill, George (Mautte) and Christopher (Morning) with the appurtenances and (praying) for the partition or valuation thereof. the Court do award an request therefor according to law and the prayer of the Petition. $2.00
