PORTER et un TO JOSEPH PORTER This Indenture, Made the Sixteenth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty three Between Andrew C. Porter and Sarah his wife of the township of Patton and County of Allegheny and State of Pennsylvania of the first part and Joseph Porter of the township county and state aforesaid of the second part Witnesseth That the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of six hundred dollars lowful money of the United Stated of America, unto them well and truly paid by the said party of the second part, at or before, the dealing and delivery of these rpesents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, release, convey, and confirm unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, all that certain lot of ground in the town of Murraysville in Franklin township Westmoreland County and State of Penn sylvan is and4esignated in the original plan of said town as lot no fifty-two fronting on East Main Street sixty feet and running back one hundred and twenty feet to land s of James Murry of which this was a part. Bounded on the East by a lot formerly David Kiestlers now John Howard and on the West by a lot of James Irwins the said lot no. fifty- two was transferred and deeded bearing date April twenty-first AD. 1845 from James Murray and wife to John and James Clingen the same being conveyed from John Clingen and wife and James Clingen to Enoch Dice bearing date March 30th AD. 1851 the same then being deeded from Enoch Dice and wife to Andrew C. Porter bearing date April 1 st AD. 1853. Together with all and singular the Building improvements, ways, waters, watercources, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever there unto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and the reousions and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and all the estate, right, title, interest, property claim and demand whatsoever of the said parties of the first part, in law, equity, or otherwise howsoever of in and to the same and every part thereof. To have and to hold the said described lot of ground hereditament and premises hereby granted, or mentioned, and intended so to be, with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever. And Andrew C. Porter and Sarah his wife the said parties of the first part, their heirs, executors and administrators do by these presents, covenant, grant and agree to and with the said part of the second part, his heirs and assigns, that they the said parties of the first part, their heirs, all and singular the hereditaments and premises herein above described and granted or mentioned, and intended so to be, with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns, against them the said parties of the first part, and their heirs, and against all and every other person or persons, whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part of , shall and will Warrant and forever Defend In Witness Where of, The said parties of the first part have to their presents set their hand and seal. Wm Haymaker Noble Caldwell Received the day of the date of the above Indenture of the above named Joseph Porter the sum of six hundred Dollars lawful money of the United Stated, being the consideration money above mentioned in full. Porter Witness;Wm Haymaker Noble Caldwell On the 14th day of May Anno Domini 1853 before me, the subscriber, a Justice of the Peace in and for said County came the above named Andrew Porter and Sarah his wife and acknowledged the above Indenture to be their act and deed, and desired that the same might be recorded as such. She the said Sarah Porter being of full age, and by one examined separate and apart from her said husband and the contents of said Indenture being first made fully known to her, declared that she did of her own free will and accord sign and seal and as her act and deed deliver the same without and coercion or compulsion of her said husband.
