Military Service
Enlisted in Pittsburgh Pa. at the age of 19.   Part of 1st wave in Normandy 
landings at Omaha beach.  Killed in action 20 miles South of St.Lo.  Buried at 
St laurent American Cemetery in France.  Listed with his brother William Watts 
in registry of World War II Memorial, Washington D.C.
