BILLINGS
At Baltimore, Md., on December 22, 1970, Romaine LeMoyne, wife of the late Dr. 
Frederic Tremaine Billings, mother of Dr. Frederic Tremaine Billings Jr., of 
Nashville, Tenn., Mrs. A. Murray Fisher of Baltimore, Md., and Mr. Kirk 
Lemoyne Billings of New York City.  Graveside service will be held at 
Allegheny Cemetery on Saturday, December 26 at 2 p. m.  Arrangements by the 
Dorothy B. Zepfel Funeral Home.
