BLACK passed away on Wednesday evening, January 26th, 1921, at 7:40 o'clock, at the home of her sister, Mrs. George ROBINSON, after suffering for two years with cancer. She was born in Clarion county and was a daughter of Jamina DUNLAP and Clemson BLACK, who departed this life several years ago. Miss Anna lived in this town for the past twenty-eight years and for more than eighteen years was a saleslady in the A. M. BROWN Dry Goods Store, Main street, Washington, Pa., and for two years was in the employ of Canter & Company of Oil City, Pa. All through her life she followed this trade and was well liked by all who knew her and her efficiency along this line was inevitable. Funeral services were held on Saturday afternoon, January 29, 1921 in the United Presbyterian church conducted by the Rev. W. R. MCMUNN, pastor of the United Presbyterian church and interment was in the Oakdale cemetery. Miss BLACK is survived by two sisters, Mrs. George ROBINSON, State street, Oakdale and Mrs. GRANT of Cherry Run, Pa.
