The deceased was employed at the shops of the Pittsburgh & Western railroad in Allegheny, where he broke his leg a few days ago. Inflammation of the bowels superinduced by the wound was the cause of his death. He leaves a wife and two children at Sharpsburg. from the City of Pittsburgh Death Records: Thomas BRYANT, aged 60 years, married, laborer, died July 24, 1883, from injuries received on the P&W RR on July 20th; born in Ireland; lived in Sharpsburg; burial in Greenwood Cemetery on July 26, 1883. Census suggests that wife is Mary with children Annie and Sarah.
