The funeral services were on Tuesday and the interment at the Hill Cemetery. Deceased was a member of the McDonald U. P. Church and all his life had been a good citizen and a model neighbor to all who lived near him. Last fall he and his wife and son moved from their McDonald street homestead to Midway to get away from the danger of fire and the noise and turmoil of the oil field. For more than a year Mr. BURGETT had not seemed to be well, a kind of paralysis gradually creeping over him.
