Taken from McDonald, PA December 31, 1892

 Edward CHERRY, one of the best known citizens of Mt. Pleasant 
township died at this home on Friday, of paralysis, in his 
75th year. Mr. CHERRY was sick but about two weeks and his 
death was unexpected.  The deceased was an uncle of 
Commissioner John E. STEWART and Sheriff CHERRY.
