Miss CONNOR had been a teacher in the Franklin school for several years and was highly esteemed for her many good qualities. Last May she became ill and her condition continued to grow worse until death released her from her sufferings this morning. Although there was little hope that she would be able able to again take up her school work, the school board re-elected her for the present term. At a meeting of the board held on Dec 6, Miss CONNER sent in her resignation. It was then only at her urgent request that it was accepted. She was an active member of St Paul's Episcopal church, and possessed an unusually pleasant disposition. The funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon. Funeral services at residence Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment private at a later hour. Siblings included John, Annie, Alice, James, Edwin, Emma and Maude. Mother's (Margaret's) birth name may be CRISWELL.
