from The Pittsburgh Press dated Monday, August 20, 1900 (page 7):
 
William H CUTSHALL died at the West Penn Hospital yesterday afternoon.
He was injured in a wreck at Turtle Creek on July 7. He was 25 years
of age and lived at Pitcairn.
 
from the City of Pittsburgh Death Records:
 
William H CUTSHALL, aged 25 years, single, brakeman, died August 19,
1900, in West Penn Hospital after a stay of six weeks, was scalded in
a railroad wreck; son of Josiah and Lyda CUTSHALL; born in
Westmoreland County; burial in a Pitcairn PA cemetery.
 
In the 1900 census was living with mother, noted as Catherine.
