Edward A. Dias, a foreman in the power circuit breaker division at Westinghouse
Electric Corp.'s Trafford works, died yesterday in Columbia Hospital. Mr Dias, 60,
of Turtle Creek, had worked at Westinghouse for 40 years, and was a member of its
Foreman's, Veterans and Factory Clerk's associations. He also was a member of the
Turtle Creek Fire Department, the Western Pennsylvania Fireman's and the Allegheny
County Fireman's associations and Hillcrest Presbyterian Church, Monroeville.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Margaret Wilkinson Dias, a son, Air Force Capt. Robert
E.; a daughter, Mrs. Diane Pribanic; a sister, Mrs. Cathern Steiner, and two
grandchildren. Friends will be received at the John L. Quinlan Funeral Home, Turtle
Creek. Burial will be in Restland Memorial Cemetery, Monroeville.
