Mrs. Margaret Janet DAVIES (nee WILLIAMS), widow of John T. 
DAVIES, died at her home, 143 Arabella street, October 6th, at 8:15 p.m., 
after a short illness.
 
She leaves two sons, William D., and John H., two daughters, 
Mary Cecelia and Margaret Elizabeth; one brother, Howell P. WILLIAMS, and 
two grandchildren.
 
Mrs. DAVIES was a sister of the late David L. and William D. 
WILLIAMS. She was a charter member of the First Presbyterian church of this 
place.
 
Funeral services were conducted by Rev. B. B. HARRISON, of the 
First Presbyterian church, assisted by Rev. W. D. IRONS, D. D., of the First 
United Presbyterian church, at the home on Wednesday, at 2 p.m.
