Emile DEHOUX, aged 69 years, died at his home in the New World, 
north of McDonald on Sunday afternoon, March 19, at 12:45 o'clock. Mr. 
DEHOUX for the past 34 years has lived in this vicinity. He is survived by 
his wife, five daughters and four sons: Mrs. Rose SMITH, Mrs. Loucetta 
JOHNSTON, Mrs. Millie SMITH of McDonald; Mrs. Bertha CHARLIER of Colliers, 
W. Va.; Mrs. Mammie (sic) GEORGE of Corliss and Emile, Jules, Fred and 
Victor DEHOUX, all of McDonald. The funeral services were held at the home 
of his daughter, Mrs. Carl SMITH of Valley street on Wednesday afternoon in 
charge of Rev. W. D.IRONS, D. D., assisted by Rev. Alexandre MAGE and Rev. 
J. H. DEBOLT. Interment was in the Robinson Run cemetery.
