Burgettstown, Sept. 18.--Miss Mollie DUNBAR, well known woman of 
this section, died yesterday in the Mercy hospital, Pittsburgh, following an 
operation for appendicitis. She was apparently in good health until 
stricken ill last Monday night, following which she was removed to the 
hospital for an operation. Miss DUNBAR was a daughter of the Samuel and 
Rebecca VAN EMAN DUNBAR. Two brothers survive, W. V. DUNBAR, of near 
Burgettstown, with whom Miss DUNBAR made her home and J. C. DUNBAR, of 
Carnegie. Funeral services were held on Monday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock in 
the First Presbyterian church of this place in charge of Rev. Mr. HAYES. 
Interment was in Fairview cemetery.
