Age 63, of Plum Boro, formerly of Level Green, on Monday, June 23, 2003 at 
home.  Beloved husband of Kathleen L. (Barnaby) Fagan; father of David C. 
Fagan and wife Sherri, Amy B. Sabo and husband Tom, Erin L. Mazur and husbnad 
Lee and Steven M. Fagan and wife Melissa; grandfather of Luke and Logan Mazur 
and Hannah Sabo; brother of James and Dennis Fagan.  His parents Charles and 
Esther Fagan of Level Green preceded him in death.  Chuck started his 
enjoyable career as a draftsman and became a construction manager.  He was 
owner and president of JCB Systems, Inc. of Plum.  Friends received Wednesday 
7-9 pm and Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Soxman Funeral Homes LTD., Roth Chapel 
7450 Saltsburg Road (at Universal Rd.) Penn Hills where services will be held 
Friday, 11 am.  Memorial contributions may be made to Family Hospice and 
Palliative Care, 250 Mt. Lebanon Blvd., Suite 203, Pgh., PA 15234.
