He slipped and fell on the tracks in front of a train. He was married, 38 years of age, and resided on Twenty-Eighth street. from the City of Pittsburgh Death Records: W W FAIRBANKS, aged 30 years and 3 months, married, railroad brakeman, died February 21, 1892, crushed on PRR; son of Warner and Mary Jane FAIRBANKS; born in Indiana PA; resided at 8 Phipps Brick Run; burial in an Indiana PA cemetery.
