Mr. FENWICK was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert FENWICK, and ran the motor in the mine. He had just taken some slate from the track when a large piece fell catching him. It was necessary to use a jack in order to remove it. The accident occurred about 3 o'clock. This is the second son to meet death in the mine. It will be remembered that about six months ago William aged 19 years was killed by coming in contact with a live electric wire. Mr. FENWICK was 21 years of age and is survived by his father and mother, three sisters and three brothers. Funeral services will be held at his late home in Sturgeon this Saturday at 2:30 o'clock in charge of Rev. CORNELL, pastor of the Methodist church of this place. Interment will be in the Robinson's Run cemetery.
