FRANK C. FISCHER

   Frank C. Fischer, 88, of White Oak died today in Woodhaven 
Care Center, Monroeville.  A retired self-employed barber in East 
McKeesport, he was a member of Faith Lutheran church in White Oak.

   Born in Smithton, Nov. 24, 1902, he was a son of the late Mr. 
and Mrs. John Fischer.  Surviving are his wife, Dorothy A. Lingsch 
Fischer; stepdaughters, Florence Lueckert of Elizabeth Twp. and Irene 
Potesik of Coudersport; stepsons, Andrew Lingsch of McKeesport, Clifford 
Lingsch of Macedonia Ohio, Edward Richard Lingsch of Ruffs Dale, Thomas 
Lingsch of Hamilton, Ohio, and Robert Lingsch of Vienna, Ohio; grandchildren; 
great grandchildren; sister, Katie Malone of Greensburg, nieces and nephews.

   Friends will be received Sunday from noon to 3 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the 
William H. Craig Funeral Home, Inc.  Service will be conducted there Monday 
at 11 a.m. by the Rev. Arthur Ackerman.  Burial will be in Mount Vernon Cemetery, 
Elizabeth Twp.
