Mr FLOCKER followed the rivers in the early '50s and was a ropemaker in the days of hand-made products. He was born at Newburgh, N Y, but passed the greater part of his life in this vicinity. He was a member of the Methodist Episcopal church. Three children survive, Mrs WILLIAMS, Ben Avon; Mrs William D REYNOLDS, Charlestown N H; and William FLOCKER of Wheeling, W Va. He was a brother of Henry FLOCKER and Mrs Betsie HAINES, both of the North Side.
