Bridgeville; husband of Carrie Kurtz; father of Thelma (Charles E.) Siller and
John (Joan) Franks, Jr.; brother of Charles Franks of Denver, CO and George
Franks, Sr. of Bradenton.  Member of the Bethany Presbyterian Church and the
American Legion Post #54.  Samuel B. Fryer Funeral Home, 729 Washington Ave.,
Bridgeville.  No burial information.
