Pittsburgh Post Gazette - January 10, 1891
GODFREY-At the residence of his mother, 139 Third ave., John Godfrey, son of 
the late Henry Godfrey, aged 32 years.
Funeral from the residence of his brother, 107 Grant st., Saturday morning, 
8:30 A. M., to proceed to St. Paul’s Cathedral for high mass.  Friends of the 
family respectfully invited to attend.

John Godfrey is interred in Allegheny Cemetery, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, 
Section 31, Lot 628
