from The Pittsburgh Commercial Gazette dated Thursday, November 10, 1898:
 
HASER - On Tuesday, November 8, 1898, at 7 pm, Magdalena, relict of 
Henry HASER, aged 86 years and 8 days. Funeral from the residence of 
her daughter, Mrs Lena BOWERS, Ganster street, Etna, Friday at 8:30 am. 
Services at St Mary's church, Sharpsburg, at 9 am. Friends of the family 
are respectfully invited to attend.
