HOAK – On Sunday, October 17, 1915, at 4:30 a.m., MARY A. HOAK, widow of Jacob
B. Hoak (nee Berg), aged 73 years, 4 months, 2 days.  Funeral service Tuesday,
at 2 p.m. at the residence of her son, George B. Hoak, 237 Meredith street,
Carrick, via Carrick cars to Narrow street.  Friends of the family are
respectfully invited to attend.  Interment in South Side Cemetery.
