HOPPER, aged 70 years, died at his home 132 Lee street, Carnegie on Thursday, March 2, 1922, after a lingering illness of many weeks. H was born in South Fayette township and had lived in Carnegie for the past 27 years. He was a member of the First Presbyterian church of Carnegie. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Ida E. MCEWEN HOPPER, two sisters, Mrs. J. D. ROBB of Oakdale and Mrs. S. A. FOSTER of Bridgeville, and a brother, Wm. P. HOPPER, of Bridgeville. He was well known to the Oakdale people, having lived on a farm south of town. The funeral services were held on Monday afternoon and interment was in Melrose cemetery, Bridgeville.
