Funeral from his late residence, No. 2250 Wylie avenue, on Thursday afternoon, August 13, at 2 o'clock. Members of Wilkinsburg Lodge, Royal Arcanum Lodge No. 384, K of P, and Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen No. 321, and friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend. from City of Pittsburgh Death Records: George A KEIFER, aged 47 years, widowed, railroad conductor, was struck by a train on the P & L E Railroad and died August 10, 1903. Son of George W and Emma R KEIFER, born in PA. Interment in Homewood Cemetery on August 13, 1903. (Homewood Cemetery lists plots owned by both George A KEIFER, Section 5 Lot 176, and George W KEEFER, Section 9 Lot 285. I have not confirmed whether either plot belongs to the individuals named above.)
