from The Pittsburg Dispatch dated Thursday, April 3 1890  (page 6):

Mrs Margaret LALLY, aged 60 years, a resident of Fifth avenue, Soho,
was struck by a car on the Pittsburg Traction line on Fifth avenue,
near Marion street, about 4:30 o'clock yesterday afternoon.  She
stepped directly in front of Car No. 35, and was knocked down and
thrown to one side, the wheels crushing her heel.

from The Pittsburgh Press dated Monday, April 14 1890  (page 5):

Mrs Margaret LALLY, knocked down by a traction car, died yesterday at
her home on Boston street.

from the City of Pittsburgh Death Records:

Margaret LALLY, aged 60 years, widow, died April 13 1890, crushed in
track - Pittsburgh Traction Co. 5th Avenue; born in Ireland; at Mercy
Hospital for 11 days; burial in St Mary's Cemetery on April 15 1890.

NOTES:
>From census, there is a son Michael.  City directories note her as
widow of Martin.
