LEFLEY of Center avenue, Oakdale passed away at the Mercy hospital on Wednesday night at 10 o'clock, after a very serious operation. Mrs. LEFLEY had been in poor health for the past few months, this being the second operation in a short time. She was a member of the First Presbyterian church, also of the Ladies Aid society of Oakdale, taking an active part in church work. Mrs. LEFLEY was a faithful wife and a wonderful mother. Her devotion to duty will be an inspiration to us for a long time to come. Those who mourn her loss are her husband, two sons, Ernest and Ivan and two daughters, Florence and Martha; also three grandchildren, Edith, Delta Eudora, whom she dearly loved and cared for since the death of their mother nine years ago. The funeral services were held at her late home on Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock, conducted by the Rev. W. D. LEWIS. Interment was in the Oakdale cemetery.
