The Pacific express west on the Pennsylvania railroad, when near Pittsburgh, yesterday, struck and killed a man walking on the track at Denny's curve, near Millvale. The man was about forty years of age, and had the appearance of a laborer. The body was taken to Pittsburgh for identification. Some Pennsylvania railroad freight receipts were found in his pockets, issued to M. Lobinayer, but the man's name is supposed to be Hart, from the fact that a letter was found with him written by a son to his father, and signed Frank Hart, 210 Prospect street, Brooklyn. The Coroner impaneled a jury. Morning Tribune, Altoona, Pa., Thursday, April 22, 1880 CITY AND COUNTRY. Things Briefly Told.
