from The Pittsburgh Press dated Friday, January 10 1890  (page 7):

Coroner McDowell was notified this morning of the sudden death of Mrs
MALONE, who resided on First street.  As she had been suffering from
rheumatism, it is thought her death was caused by that disease
affecting her heart.  He will hold an inquest to-morrow.

from The Pittsburgh Press dated Saturday, January 11 1890  (page 7):

A verdict of death from heart failure was rendered in the case of Mrs
MALONE, who died suddenly at her home, on First street, Thursday last.


from the City of Pittsburgh Death Records:

Julia MALONE, aged 65 years, married, died January 9 1890, organic
disease of the heart; born in Ireland; lived on First Street, 1st
Ward; burial in St Mary's Cemetery on January 11 1890.

NOTES:
>From census, husband's name is Coleman MALONE.  It does not appear
that they had any children.
