February 6, 1892  McDonald PA Outlook

 Frank MERRIMAN, telegraph operator at Crafton, recently died very suddenly.  
His wife was a Catholic and he was buried by some American Mechanics in the 
Catholic burying ground, a Presbyterian, Rev. Mr. HILL, conducting services 
at the house and the grave.  On account of these proceeding there is much 
dissatisfaction all around, and the body was ordered to be removed by the 
cemetery authorities.  Deceased was a son of Major MERRIMAN, of Canonsburg.
