from The Pittsburgh Press dated Wednesday, April 23 1890  (page 3):

Elizabeth YOUNG, wife of the late Chas. MEYER, died yesterday at her
home on the corner of Penn avenue and 4th street.  She was 46 years of
age and was a woman of most estimable traits.  The funeral took place
this afternoon.

from the City of Pittsburgh Death Records:

Elizabeth MEYER, aged 46 years, widow, died April 22 1890, morbia
brights; born Germany; lived at 400 Penn Avenue, 4th Ward; burial in
Allegheny Cemetery on April 23 1890.

NOTES:
Allegheny Cemetery site notes burial under the name MEYERS in Section
16, Lot 116.

>From census, children include Amelia, Emma, Edward, George, Charles,
Margaret and Caroline.  Parents may be George J and Catherine YOUNG.

Death notice for Charles MEYER notes he is son-in-law of G J YOUNG
(Pittsburgh Commercial Gazette dated February 4 1879).
