Mrs Ellen MILLER, aged 55 years, wife of John MILLER, died yesterday
at her home on Carson lane, Allegheny.
 
from the Allegheny City Death Records:
 
Ellen MILLER, aged 56 years, married, died May 28, 1896, valvular
disease of heart / dropsy; daughter of John and Ellen; lived on Carson
Lane; burial in Highwood Cemetery on May 30, 1896.
 
NOTES: From census listings, children August, Cora, Ella, Elizabeth,
and John; birth surname may be VONOHLEN.
