Died at Health’s Delight, the old homestead of his ancestors, in Allegheny County,
Pa.,  Alexander Negley, in the 45th year of his age. Cut off in the prime of life
and usefulness, he leaves a widow to mourn the loss of an affectionate husband; and
two young children lose a father's watchful care; and the community is deprived of
one of its most liberal, public spirited, and worthy members…
