All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/allegheny/ ________________________________________________ from the Pittsburgh Press dated Sunday, January 1, 1922: Philip NEUHART, aged 50, for a number of years a tipstaff in Quarter Sessions court, died Friday of pneumonia in his home, 3412 Brighton rd., Northside. District Attorney Harry H ROWLAND called the court's attention to the death of this officer and moved that when court adjourned yesterday it would do so out of respect to his memory, and Judge SWEARINGTON ordered this to be done. Mr NEUHART became ill with pneumonia last Sunday. A son and brother have died of the same disease within the last year. He was a member of the McClure ave. Presbyterian church, Allegheny lodge No. 223, Free and Accepted Masons, and Duquesne Council No. 110 of the O of I A. He is survived by his widow, Mrs Kate L NEUHART.
