Funeral services were held at 2 o'clock Tuesday at her late home in Oakdale. Mrs. PHILLIPS was a daughter of James MCCLEARY, and was born at Hickory, where her father at one time carried on cabinet making. In youngwomanhood, she was married to Fulton PHILLIPS, who died at Oakdale, September 4, 1917. From the middle seventies to 1882, the family resided in Canonsburg. One son, Delmont, publisher pf the Oakdale Times, survives. Two grandchildren, Lieut. Lockhart PHILLIPS, Seventy-first Infantry, stationed at Camp Meade, Md., and Mary, at home, also survive.
