  Highway Believed Cause of Suicide    Family Says Library Farmer Felt county 
  Road Impaired Land     Samuel Roach, 76, Library farmer, today ended his life 
  by discharging a shotgun through his chest as he stood outside his home.  
  Members of the family heard the shot and rushed outside the house but the many 
  was already dead.  A suicide note gave no reason for the act.  Members of the 
  family told a Deputy Coroner, however, that it probably was due to despondency 
  over the death of a brother and over a road run through his property by the 
  county two years ago, which Roach believed impaired the value of his home.
