Mr. ROBB was stricken Monday night, a short time after his return from Annapolis, Md., and other eastern points. His condition became serious during the night and upon waking, a few minutes before death claimed him, he said he was not so well. He was born in North Fayette Township, this county, July 2, 1864, and had been a resident of the county all his life. He was widely known in the Republican party throughout the State having served three terms in the State Legislature, being elected first in 1895. After leaving the Legislature, Mr. ROBB served in the Mercantile Appraiser's office until January 24, 1908 when he was appointed by the judges to fill the unexpired term of Poor Director, William H. GUY, deceased. In November of the same year he was twice elected to the office, his present term having nearly tow years to run. Six years ago Mr. ROBB was elected President of the Board of Poor Directors. Mr. ROBB was married November 9, 1870 to Miss Anna Mary WALKER of North Fayette Township, whom he leaves to mourn his loss. Mr. ROBB was a member of the First Presbyterian church and leaves beside his widow; two sons, A. D. ROBB of Crafton; J. K. ROBB of Oakdale and two daughters, Mrs. Frank G. LILLO and Mrs. A. J. RUSS of Oakdale. Funeral services were held on Thursday afternoon, April 24, 1919 at * o'clock in the First Presbyterian church and interment was made in the Robinson's Run cemetery. ********************************************************************* Taken from McDonald Pa Outlook 03 May 1919 Mr. and Mrs. Fred LILLO, who have been in Sumter, S.
