She had gone upstairs to arrange some soiled linen preparatory to washing it. As she did not return after considerable time to the kitchen where she had left the servant girl, the latter went to look for her and discovered her lying dead on the floor. Her family physician pronounced the cause of death to be heart disease. NOTES: Can not confirm her first name - Allegheny City Death Records would have the notation of her death.
