Ross. Mrs. Margaret H. Ross, aged 87 years, mother of Councilman Ross, died at her home at 411 East Eighth avenue, at 8:30 Friday morning. She had been ailing for several months but was not bedfast until last Tuesday and her death is a severe shock to her family and friends. She was a life long members of the M. E. church, having joined the church when she was 12 years old. She was born March 22, 1818, in Butler county and in, 1839 was married to Mitchell Ross, of Freeport, who was a blacksmith and machinist. They went to housekeeping in Freeport and later moved to Pittsburg. She had been making her home with her son T.T. Ross, of Tarentum. Funeral services wil be held Sunday morning, from the M.E. church, conducted by Rev. C. M. Miller. Interment in Freeport cemetery.
