He was employed as a draughtsman in Pittsburgh. Mr. SEIBERT was born at Emsworth. In 1901 he married Miss Mary E. HAUGH. Ten years ago Mr. and Mrs. SEIBERT moved to Oakdale. He was active in Masonic Circles and was a member of the I. O. O. F. Although a Baptist in religion, he united with the Presbyterian church upon his arrival here. His wife, two sons, William, Jr. and Harvey, at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William SEIBERT; two brothers, Ralph of Oakdale, and Frank, in Pittsburgh, and one sister, Mrs. Howard GRIMELL, of Monaca survive. Funeral services were held Friday evening at 8 o'clock at the home on Vincennes avenue. Further services will be held in the Sandusky street Baptist church, in Pittsburgh, Saturday at 2:30 o'clock. Interment will be private.
