SHAUGHNESSY-On Sunday, Dec. 26, 1954, at St. Petersburg, Fla., Thomas J. 
Shaughnessy of 1335 Kenberma Ave., husband of the late Catherine Burns 
Shaughnessy; father of Martin T. Shaughnessy; brother of Mrs. Mary Gaul; also 
survived by two grandchildren.  Friends and members of Beechview Post No. 740, 
A. L., received after 6 p. m. Wednesday at the William Slater & Sons Funeral 
Home, Shiras and Bensonia Aves. at Broadway, Beechview, until 8:15 a. m. 
Friday, Dec . 31. Solemn mass of requiem in St. Catherine’s Church at 9 
o’clock.

Thomas J. Shaugnessy is interred in Calvary Cemetery, Pittsburgh, 
Pennsylvania, Section 8, Row 8, Lot 164
