Mrs. STEWART who lives in Cecil township near McDonald was at the AYRES home and had done the washing. Charles ROBINSON, aged 13, of Pittsburgh, a nephew of Mrs. AYRES and who was visiting the AYRES home, had a 32 caliber revolver which he playfully pointed at Mrs. STEWART, not knowing that it was loaded. He pulled the trigger and the bullet struck her in the abdomen. The revolver with which the shooting was done had been purchased only a short time ago by Mr. AYRES on account of robberies that had recently taken place in the neighborhood. Mrs. STEWART was 70 years of age.
